Presentation Reminders (handouts, shipping)

ICED Conference Presenter:

Presentation preparation: Remember you MUST be registered for the conference in order to make a presentation.

Media reminder: Remember, electronic copies of PowerPoint presentations are due: Friday, May 30 Questions or problems: ICEDtech@byu.edu (No late submissions; no changes after 5/30.)

Paper hand-outs for sessions (How many?): Because ten concurrent sessions will run at once, do not expect large numbers of people at your session(s). A dozen hand-outs are ample. Because copying is expensive at the conference venue, please make your copies before you come, and bring them with you in your suitcase, if possible. Note that US domestic flights—NOT flights originating at international locations—now charge $25 for a SECOND suitcase (or box). Nevertheless, please bring with you all that you can because sending and storing present difficulties, too.
