Educational Excursions Detail
An educational excursion is a great way to begin your conference—a respite from traveling—and some time to adjust to Rocky Mountain altitude—before you launch fully into the conference. Consider coming early enough to fit into your schedule one of these remarkable Educational Excursions on Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. NOTE THAT TWO OF THE EXCURSIONS ARE OFFERED TWICE—ONCE ON WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND ONCE ON THURSDAY MORNING. THESE ARE HERITAGE/VILLAGE EXCURSIONS AND THE RED BUTTE GARDEN EXCURSIONS. THE MUSEUM OF ANCIENT LIFE EXCURSIONS IS OFFERED ONLY ONCE—WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.
These popular excursions fill up fast; seating is limited. Register NOW to avoid disappointment later in learning that your excursion is already filled. Please note that a minimum number of participants is required in order to pay for the vans, admissions, guides, etc. If too few people sign up for a particular excursion, it will be cancelled, and you will be notified no later than Tuesday, April 29.
Also, keep in mind that on-site registration for Educational Excursions is available ONLY for excursions that are not already filled (or that have not been cancelled because of low enrollment). Therefore, register NOW!
